EXHIBIT 10.1 LEASE AGREEMENT Kim Drossulis (Lessor) agrees to lease to TARI, INC. (Tari or Lessee) the lode mining claims attach as Exhibit "A", located in portions of sections 21 and 22, T 17 N, R 21 E, MDB&M in Storey County, Nevada (referred to as property), subject to the following conditions: RECITALS: A.
