The ▇▇▇▇ enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open and perform other iBox functions; and upload property showing data. The ▇▇▇▇ is used with certain electronic devices (“Devices”) approved by Supra. Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.

The ▇▇▇▇ enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the ▇▇▇▇; to open and perform other iBox functions with the ▇▇▇▇; and to upload property showing data with the ▇▇▇▇. The ▇▇▇▇ Software is used with certain electronic devices including certain cellular telephones (“Phones”) approved by UTCFS. During the Term, UTCFS may in its sole discretion approve additional Phones. UTCFS does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Phones.

Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.

The ▇▇▇▇ is used with certain electronic devices (“Devices”) approved by Supra. Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.
▇▇▇▇ Professional or Basic Software. If Keyholder has selected the ▇▇▇▇ Professional Software or ▇▇▇▇ Basic Software (collectively, the “▇▇▇▇”), Organization grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub- license for the Term to use such software. In addition, Organization grants to Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license to use the Network, the use of which Organization licenses from UTCFSC, which is necessary for the use and operation of the ▇▇▇▇ for the Term. The ▇▇▇▇ enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the ▇▇▇▇; to open and perform other iBox functions with the ▇▇▇▇; and to upload property showing data with the ▇▇▇▇. The ▇▇▇▇ Software is used with certain electronic devices including certain personal digital assistants and certain cellular telephones (“Phones”) approved by UTCFSC. During the Term, UTCFSC may in its sole discretion approve additional Phones. UTCFSC does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Phones.
▇▇▇▇ Professional or Basic Software. In consideration of the sum of $ including taxes, paid to NNRMLS or the Member’s local service center (if applicable), NNRMLS does hereby license and assign the above-noted ▇▇▇▇ and its personal identification number (“PIN”) to Member to be held and used by Member in accordance with this Agreement. If selected, NNRMLS grants to Member, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license for the Term to use the ▇▇▇▇ Professional or Basic Software (the “▇▇▇▇”). The ▇▇▇▇ enables Member to obtain a current update code; open and perform other iBox functions; and upload property showing data. The ▇▇▇▇ is used with certain electronic devices (“Devices”) approved by ▇▇▇▇▇. Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.
▇▇▇▇ Professional or Basic Software i. If Keyholder is provided ▇▇▇▇ Professional Software or ▇▇▇▇ Basic Software, Keyholder shall be required to pay, by automatic charges to the credit card or automatic debits to the debit card designated by Keyholder in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Credit/Debit Account”), the initial System Fee when entering into this Agreement on the date set forth above; plus subsequent monthly System Fees on or about the ( ) day of each month thereafter during the Term of this Agreement; plus the Activation Fee applicable under Section 3(e) below. ii. If Keyholder desires to close, terminate, or cancel the Credit/Debit Account, Keyholder shall be required to notify GE in writing and deliver to GE a new Credit/Debit Account authorization forty-five (45) days before taking any such action. All changes to the Credit/Debit Account should be entered at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/awp/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. Otherwise, Keyholder shall not close, terminate, cancel, overdraw, overcharge or otherwise impair GE’s rights to automatic charges or debits to the Credit/Debit Account during the Term of this Agreement. iii. If Keyholder subscribes to a multiple listing service (“MLS”) and the MLS discontinues providing MLS data for any reason, the System Fee paid by Keyholder for use of the ▇▇▇▇ Professional Software shall not be reduced.

Related to ▇▇▇▇ Professional or Basic Software

  • Technical or Contractual Problems Contractor shall meet with the Department's personnel, or designated representatives, to resolve technical or contractual problems occurring during the contract term or to discuss the progress made by Contractor and the Department in the performance of their respective obligations, at no additional cost to the Department. The Department may request the meetings as problems arise and will be coordinated by the Department. The Department shall provide Contractor a minimum of three full working days notice of meeting date, time, and location. Face-to-face meetings are desired; however, at Contractor's option and expense, a conference call meeting may be substituted. Contractor’s consistent failure to participate in problem resolution meetings, Contractor missing or rescheduling two consecutive meetings, or Contractor’s failure to make a good faith effort to resolve problems may result in termination of the contract.

  • Outside Professional Activities 18.6.1 The nature of the professional competence of many Members affords opportunities for the exercise of that competence outside the Member's regular university duties, on both remunerative and non-remunerative bases. Recognizing that such professional activities can bring benefits to and enhance the reputation of the University and the capacity of Members, the University agrees that Members have the right to engage in part-time professional activities, paid or unpaid, provided that such activities do not conflict or interfere with the Member's obligations, duties and responsibilities to the University as defined in this Agreement, except as provided in clause 18.6.3 and subject also to the following conditions: (a) When a Member's outside activities involve the use of the University's facilities, supplies or services, their use shall be subject to the prior approval of the University. Costs for such facilities, supplies or services shall be borne by the outside group at prevailing rates set by the University, unless the University agrees, in writing, to waive all or part of such costs. (b) The name of the University shall not be used in any related professional activity unless agreed, in writing, by the Vice-President: Academic, although nothing shall prevent the Member from stating the nature and place of his/her employment, rank and title(s) in connection with related professional activities, provided that he/she shall not purport to represent the University or speak for it, or to have its approval unless that approval has been given in writing. (c) A Member shall, upon written request from his/her ▇▇▇▇, provide all information on the nature and scope of related professional activities of a substantial nature, in so far as the information relates to a Member's duties and responsibilities as specified in this Article 18. 18.6.2 A Member shall not hold both a full-time appointment at the University and a full-time appointment at another institution or organization, except as provided in Article 17.8. 18.6.3 If the participation in activities described in clause 18.6.1 conflicts or interferes with the obligations, duties and responsibilities of the Member as defined in this Article 18, mutually satisfactory arrangements shall be made in advance between the Member and the Vice- President: Academic. Should the Member and the Vice-President: Academic fail to reach agreement, the Member is obliged to fulfil the duties and responsibilities set out in this Article 18.
