▇▇ Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in the Agreement, the Agreement is intended for the sole benefit of, and shall only be enforceable by, each Party and its permitted assigns. Without limiting the foregoing, 8x8 shall have no obligation or liability hereunder to any Agent or other end user of Ordered SaaS Services.
