Hold Harmless Clause CSEA shall indemnify, defend, and hold the District harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, or any other action arising out of the check-off and organizational security provisions contained herein. It is the expressed intent of the parties that any dispute or claim by a Unit Member arising under the provisions of this Article shall be specifically excluded from the grievance procedures in Article 22 of this Agreement.

Incorporation of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference The provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the San Francisco Administrative Code are incorporated in this Section by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor shall comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions that apply to this Agreement under such Chapters, including but not limited to the remedies provided in such Chapters. Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor understands that pursuant to §§12B.2(h) and 12C.3(g) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, a penalty of $50 for each person for each calendar day during which such person was discriminated against in violation of the provisions of this Agreement may be assessed against Contractor and/or deducted from any payments due Contractor.
Section 9.1.2 5 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 6 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 7 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 8 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee’s accumulated sick leave in 9 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.
Pursuant to Section 2271 002 of the Texas Government Code, Respondent certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract resulting from this Solicitation. Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.
