Your Profile. 4.1 If you use the Digital Platform, you agree to keep your login details (your username and password) a secret and not allow any other person to use it. Should you enable and use fingerprint authentication to access the Digital Platform from your mobile device, you agree to take precautionary measures to keep your device safe from any unauthorised access. 4.2 You accept full responsibility for any activity / transaction that occurs under your login details, even if you have shared your username and password. Any use of your login details shall be regarded as if you were the person using such information. 4.3 When choosing a username and / or password, Momentum may specify certain requirements that you will need to meet. These requirements may change from time to time and you may be required to update your credentials. 4.4 Momentum may refuse to provide products and/or services to you if we are unable to verify any information that you provide to us.

As a Candidate you represent and confirm that you will not: (1) create a false identity on SHESKILLZGLOBAL, misrepresent your identity, create a Candidate profile for anyone other than yourself, or use or attempt to use any other than your own proper profile; (2) disclose information that you do not have the consent or legal permission to dis- close (such as confidential information of others (including your employer)); (3) override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Services; (4) develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or any other technolo- gy) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Ser- vices; (5) use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages; (6) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile,decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source; (7) engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services; (8) overlay or otherwise modify the Services or their appearance (such as by inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring an advertisement included on the Services); You are exclusively responsible for your profile and anything that happens in connec- tion with your profile unless you close the profile or immediately report the misuse ...

  • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBBC, its officers and employees from any liability in the form of physical or mental injury, death or property damage resulting from VENDOR’s failure to comply with the requirements of this section or with Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes.
