Your Input. Acumatica shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Software any of Your Input. Acumatica shall have no obligation to add Your Input to the Software. You shall have no obligation to provide Your Input.

Your Input. You are solely responsible for collecting, inputting and updating all Your Data and for ensuring that Your Data does not (i) include anything that actually or potentially infringes or misappropriates the copyrights, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party, or (ii) contain anything that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, offensive or malicious.
Your Input eWorkplace Apps shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Software any of Your Input. eWorkplace Apps shall have no obligation to add Your Input to the Software. You shall have no obligation to provide Your Input.
Your Input. You will use User data only to meet its obligations under the Agreement, and not for any other purpose and will use best practices to protect and secure User data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public User data it acquires through Menusifu System and Services, including customer’s personal information (names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, credit cards, and customer orders) collected by you or Menusifu through Menusifu System or Services. You will notify Menusifu immediately upon security breach of personal data or any reasonable suspicion thereof, and assist Menusifu concerning any remedial measures and notification to affected parties. Your Input. You may transmit or publish content, suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback created by You (“User Content”). You do not transfer any ownership right in the User Content and you hereby grant Sitecore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, copy (in whole or in part), modify, display in any form now known or hereinafter developed, distribute, and make derivative works of, including by incorporating into any product or service owned by Sitecore, any User Content provided by You relating to any product or service owned by Sitecore. You are solely responsible User Content and the consequences of its transmission or publication.

Related to Your Input

  • Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. For example, you may need to provide updated information if you are a C corporation that elects to be an S corporation, or if you no longer are tax exempt. In addition, you must furnish a new Form W-9 if the name or TIN changes for the account; for example, if the grantor of a grantor trust dies. Penalties Failure to furnish TIN. If you fail to furnish your correct TIN to a requester, you are subject to a penalty of $50 for each such failure unless your failure is due to reasonable cause and not to willful neglect. Civil penalty for false information with respect to withholding. If you make a false statement with no reasonable basis that results in no backup withholding, you are subject to a $500 penalty. Criminal penalty for falsifying information. Willfully falsifying certifications or affirmations may subject you to criminal penalties including fines and/or imprisonment.

  • Use of Your Information 6.1 We will use the information we have about you and your use of the Services for marketing purposes. However, we will not do so if you ask us not to.

  • Your Data Subject to the limited rights granted by You hereunder, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to Your Data, including any intellectual property rights therein.

  • Your Instructions You must accurately describe transaction beneficiaries, intermediary financial institutions, and the beneficiary’s financial institution in transfer and payment instructions. If you describe any beneficiary or institution inconsistently by name and number, other institutions and we may process the transaction solely on the basis of the number, even if the number identifies a person or entity different from the named beneficiary or institution.

  • YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION When using established banking relationships to send your transfer, personal information about you contained in the transaction may be provided to overseas authorities and the beneficiary bank in order to comply with applicable legal obligations and prevent crime. This may include a transfer of your personal data outside the EEA. This information may include your full name, address, date of birth and account number.
