You may use your own personal name or a name of your choosing, with our prior approval, in registering the BUSINESS with state, local and county authorities for licenses, permits, bonds, partnerships, or corporations, or in establishing a bank account. Unless otherwise specified in writing by us, the name chosen for said registration(s) or bank account is to be followed by "dba, NETSPACE(R) ". Any bank account related to the franchise business may not be established using the NETSPACE(R) name without our prior permission.
