Common use of You consent to Clause in Contracts

You consent to. (a) Us obtaining from a credit reporting agency, or any person You authorise Us to contact, any of Your personal or corporate information, including information relating to creditworthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity (Credit Information), for the purposes of assessing Your creditworthiness and/or deciding whether to grant or continue to provide credit approval to You; and (b) the provision by Us of any of Your personal or corporate information, including Credit Information and any information concerning the status of your account or any default, to a credit reporting agency, credit provider or person you authorise Us to contact, in connection with Our use of the credit reporting agency's services, on the understanding that such information may be held by the credit reporting agency to provide its/their credit reporting services (including the provision of such services to other customers of the credit reporting agency). You consent to Us being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit.
