Meaning of Words. The meaning of words starting with a capital letter that are used in this Agreement is set out in Schedule 1.
Meaning of Words. In these Conditions, the following words and expressions have the following meanings:
Meaning of Words. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, words which have well-known technical or construction industry meanings are used in accordance with such recognized meanings.

No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted for or against a party because that party or its legal representative drafted such provision, and this Agreement shall be construed as if jointly prepared by the parties.
