YOU ARE A COMPETENT VEHICLE OPERATOR. As a User, You represent and certify to Veo that You are familiar with the operation of the Vehicle, and are reasonably competent and physically fit to ride the Vehicle. By choosing to ride a Vehicle, You assume all responsibilities and risks for any injuries or medical conditions. You are hereby advised that certain weather conditions, including snow, hail, ice, excessive wind or rain and electrical storms, make Vehicle operation potentially dangerous, and You assume such risks by Your use of a Vehicle under such conditions. You are advised to adjust Your riding behavior and braking distance to suit the weather and traffic conditions.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Add-Ons require a separate paid and active Software Subscriptions for each Unit that deploys, installs, uses or executes such Add-On. Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. Add-Ons are not supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscriptions with a Self-support service level except Smart Management Add-Ons. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.

  • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA. As such, the School shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives regarding the education of students with disabilities, including but not limited to Ch. 8-60, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).
