Account Credentials definition

Account Credentials means a unique username and password used by you to access and use the Trading Platform. “Affiliate” shall mean in relation to the Company, any entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Company, or any entity directly or indirectly under common control with the Company; and “control” means the power to direct or the presence of ground to manage the affairs of the Company or entity.

Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, you agree to be fully and personally liable for the due settlement of every Transaction entered into using your Account Credentials on the Trading Platform, including any and all taxes, fees and assessments that may be payable with respect to a Transaction to any governmental entity.
