Common use of Yield Payments Clause in Contracts

Yield Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Committed Purchasers, Conduit Purchasers and Terminating Purchasers, if any, in its Purchase Group, as applicable) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for each Tranche Period in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On each Monthly Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Committed Purchasers, each Conduit Purchasers and Terminating Purchasers, if any, in its Purchase Group, as applicable) an aggregate amount equal to the all accrued and unpaid Yield in respect of the Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of such Conduit for each Tranche the immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Settlement DateCommitted Purchaser Interest , Seller shall pay to each Managing Funding Agent (for the benefit of the Committed Purchasers, Purchasers in the relevant Conduit Purchasers and Terminating Purchasers, if any, in its Purchase Group, as applicable) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for each the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest held by a Purchaser in such Conduit Group in accordance with Article II.
