Common use of Yield Payments Clause in Contracts

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Receivable Interest of the Financial Institutionsthat is funded with a Bank Rate Funding, Seller shall pay to the each applicable Purchaser Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutionsits Purchaser Group) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield thereon for the entire Tranche Interest Period of each such Purchaser Interest related Bank Rate Funding in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller the Sellers shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the applicable Financial Institutions) Institutions an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller the Sellers shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the applicable Financial Institutions) Institution an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield in respect of the Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of such Financial Institution for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article IIInterest.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Receivable Interest of the Financial Institutionsthat is funded with a Bank Funding, Seller shall pay to the each applicable Purchaser Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutionsits Purchaser Group) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield thereon for the entire Tranche Interest Period of each such Purchaser Interest related Bank Funding in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial InstitutionsYield Payment Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield in respect of all Purchaser Interests of the Financial Institutions for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest then ended in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Monthly Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the each Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Receivable Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Receivable Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the each Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, the Seller shall pay to the each applicable Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Financial InstitutionsInstitutions in its Purchaser Group) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche immediately preceding Settlement Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the each Funding Agent (for the benefit of the Financial InstitutionsInstitutionsin the relevant Conduit Group) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest Interestheld by a Purchaser in such Conduit Group in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date (Fees) for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each -------------- Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.. ----------

On the each Settlement Date, regardless of whether an Interest Period ends on that Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutionsor a subsequent Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (Agent, for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) applicable Committed Purchaser(s), an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each on such Purchaser Interest Committed Purchaser’s Investment in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Receivable Interest of the Financial InstitutionsInvestors, the Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial InstitutionsInvestors) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Receivable Interest in accordance with Article IIII hereof.

Yield Payments. On the each Settlement Date, regardless of whether an Interest Period ends on that Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutionsor a subsequent Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (Agent, for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) applicable Committed Purchaser(s), an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each on such Purchaser Interest Committed Purchaser's Investment in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Receivable Interest of that is held by the Financial InstitutionsCommitted Purchasers, the Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial InstitutionsCommitted Purchasers) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield thereon for the entire related Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Yield Payment Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period (or quarterly portion thereof if such Tranche Period is greater than 3 months) of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the each Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Financial InstitutionsInstitutions in its related Purchaser Group) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser --------------- Interest of the Financial Institutions, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Financial Institutions) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.
