Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx. The District will provide each laid-off Faculty Member with a xxxxxxxxx xxxxx which shall be paid within thirty (30) days following the effective date of layoff. The amount of the xxxxxxxxx xxxxx will be based on the following schedule: Less than five (5) years of service $5,000 Five (5) years, but less than ten (10) years of service $6,000 Ten (10) years or more of service $7,000
