Xxxxx's Law / Registered Sex Offender Disclosure. The Buyer and Seller agree that the Listing and Selling Brokers and their agents are not responsible for obtaining or disclosing any information contained in the Sex Offender Registry for the state in which the Property is located. This information may be obtained from the local sheriff's department, various internet web sites available to the public or other appropriate law enforcement agencies. If Xxxxx wants further information, the Seller, Listing Broker, Selling Broker and their affiliated licensees recommend that Buyer obtain information from these sources during the Inspection Period.
