Common use of XXXXX NOTICE Clause in Contracts

XXXXX NOTICE. 1. Prepare the language for the XXXXX notice [for any ballot issue(s) that require a TABOR notice] in compliance with Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, Title 1 of the Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado Secretary of State Election Rules for the relevant year of the Election. City shall be solely responsible for timely providing to County Clerk a complete XXXXX notice. County Clerk shall in no way be responsible for City’s compliance with XXXXX or the accuracy or sufficiency of any XXXXX notice.
