Xxxxx Employee. An employee occupying a position funded by grant monies. Such employees accrue fringe benefits in the manner set forth in this Agreement. However, the term of employment is subject to the continuance of grant funds and such employees shall be terminated without rights of appeal when such funds are no longer available.
