Common use of Xxxx Product Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Product. Inventions, combinations, machines, methods, formulae, techniques, processes, improvements, software designs, computer programs, strategies, specific computer-related know-how, data and original works of authorship discovered, created, or developed by Supplier, or jointly by Supplier and an Authorized User(s) in the performance of this Contract. Work Product does not include configuration of software, nor does it include anything developed by Supplier prior to, or outside of, this Contract.

Work Product does not include configuration of software, nor does it include anything developed by Supplier prior to, or outside of, this Contract.

Xxxx Product. Inventions, combinations, machines, methods, formulae, techniques, processes, improvements, software, software designs, software customizations, computer programs, strategies, specific computer-related know-how, data and original works of authorship discovered, created, or developed by Supplier, or jointly by Supplier and an Authorized User(s) VDOT in the performance of this Contract. Work Product does not include configuration of software, nor does it include anything developed by Supplier prior to, or outside of, this Contract.

Xxxx Product. Inventions, combinations, machines, methods, formulae, techniques, processes, improvements, software designs, computer programs, strategies, specific computer-related know-how, data and original works of authorship (collectively, the "Work Product") discovered, created, or developed by SupplierContractor, or jointly by Supplier Contractor and an Authorized User(s) in the performance of this Contract. Work Product does shall not include configuration of software, nor does it include anything developed by Supplier prior to, or outside of, this Contract.
