Common use of Xxx and Labour Clause in Contracts

Xxx and Labour. It is the duty of the Insured, in the event that any property insured hereunder is lost, to take all reasonable steps in and about the recovery of such property. The insurer shall contribute pro rata towards any reasonable and proper expenses in connection with the foregoing according to the respective interests of the parties.
