Premises Liability. Legal liability arising or of your ownership, use or occupancy of the premises defined in Section II. This insurance also applies if you assume, by written contract, the legal liability of other persons in relation to your premises. a) Damage to property owned, occupied or leased by anyone included in the definition of “you” or “your” in Section II of this policy b) Damage to property in your care, custody or control; c) Bodily injury to you or to any persons residing in your household, other than a residence employee of this policy.

Premises Liability. Neither the Seller nor ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group, including their employees and agents, are liable for any damage or injury occurring on the Real Estate. Visitors assume all risks.

Premises Liability. In accessing the Company’s facilities, I understand that I may come into contact with equipment, materials or other devices that are (or may be) inherently dangerous. I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily visiting the Company’s facilities, and that my presence onsite involves risks of damage to property, physical injury and/or death to myself and others, as well as other risks. I voluntarily assume all of the risks associated with being present on the Company’s facilities, and I understand that the Company will not grant me access to its facilities unless I enter into this Agreement. I hereby release, waive and discharge, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, the Company, the Affiliated Parties and all of their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, subcontractors, predecessors and successors-in-interest, insurers, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), of and from any and all liability, claims, damages or injury arising from my access to the Company’s facilities, even if caused by the negligence, active or passive, of the Released Parties. I further agree I will not ▇▇▇ or make any claim against the Released Parties for injuries or other losses suffered as a result of my access to the Company’s facilities. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Release Parties from all suits, claims, judgments, and costs, including attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred in connection with any action brought by me or on my behalf, as a result of my access to the Company’s facilities.

Premises Liability. Researcher shall not injure or deface the Laboratory or the Field Station. If premises, furnishings, equipment or any portion of the Laboratory or Field Station is damaged during the term of this Agreement, due to the actions of the Researcher or any of the Researcher’s guests, Researcher shall pay to BFREE, upon demand, such sum necessary to restore the Laboratory to its present condition which may be in addition to the amount deducted from the security deposit.

Premises Liability. I understand that the HCI Event is held at facilities that are not owned, managed, or controlled by HCI. I acknowledge that HCI has not inspected the premises, or condition of any fixtures, furnishings, equipment, or products used on the premises. I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks resulting from or connected with any injuries sustained as a result of any apparent or latent defect, conditions of the premises, or condition of the fixtures, furnishings, equipment, or products during the HCI Event.

Premises Liability. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from the conditions and use of the venue and related premises, including slipping, colliding with, or falling on rocks, boulders, logs, trees, stumps, land, water or any other substance. I understand that these risks and dangers may be caused by Participant’s negligence or the negligence of others, including BBSP and its affiliates, owners, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives and contractors and their respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “BBSP Parties” or individually, a “BBSP Party”). I acknowledge and understand that included within the scope of the waiver and release included in this Agreement is any claim or cause of action arising from the performance, or failure to perform, of any maintenance, inspection, supervision control of said premises, for the failure to warn of dangerous conditions existing at said premises, for the failure to maintain or inspect equipment supplied to me, or negligent supervision or instruction of any BBSP Party. I understand and agree that all the risks and dangers described throughout this Agreement, including those caused by my negligence and/or others, are included within the waiver and release contained herein. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN.
