Common use of XHEREAS Clause in Contracts

XHEREAS. the Employee has heretofore been employed by the Bank as Executive Vice President of the Bank and is experienced in all phases of the business of the Bank; and

XHEREAS. the Employee has heretofore been employed by the Bank as Executive Vice President President/Controller of the Bank and is experienced in all phases of the business of the Bank; and

XHEREAS. the Employee has heretofore been employed by the Bank as its President and Chief Executive Vice President of the Bank Officer and is experienced in all phases of the business of the Bank; and

XHEREAS. the Employee has heretofore been employed by the Bank as President and Chief Executive Vice President Officer of the Bank and is experienced in all phases of the business of the Bank; and
