Wrongful death. For mental anguish or emotional distress due to seeing the accident or bodily injury occur. No one will be entitled to duplicate payments for the same elements of damages under this policy or from any other source. Any amount to be paid under this coverage, to or for an insured person, will reduce any amount that the person is entitled to recover under Part I - Liability To Others.
