Written Safety Program. CONTRACTOR shall at all times abide by CONTRACTOR’s written Safety Program. CONTRACTOR’s Safety Program shall at a minimum comply with applicable Federal regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and any amendments thereto, as well as any other pertinent Federal, state, and/or local safety or environmental laws, codes, rules or regulations.
