Common use of Written Requests Clause in Contracts

Written Requests. Loan Advances shall be made, at Borrower’s written request to Administrative Agent, not more frequently than four (4) times a month, on the basis of written requests, made in accordance with the method and procedures described in Section 2.1.3 below; and Administrative Agent shall act upon such requests within three (3) Business Days following the receipt of a written request from Borrower for a Loan Advance, which action may include, without limitation, funding the requested Loan Advance or specifying the basis for not funding and, when applicable, requesting additional information and supporting documentation. The date on which any Loan Advance is funded (or Letter of Credit is issued) is herein called a “Drawdown Date.”
