Written Exception. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Written Exception. The reconsideration file shall not contain any document that has not been made available to the employee and his/her representative. The employee will be given an opportunity to submit a written exception to any summary of the employee’s personal presentation.
