WORLD CUP. The terms of this agreement are subordinate to the terms of the Airport Agreement submitted by Miami-Dade County to the United States Soccer Federation on February 21, 2018. In carrying out its obligations under this Contract, Contractor shall not take or omit any action which is inconsistent with, or in derogation of, the County’s obligations under the Airport Agreement. Where the Contractor’s rights or obligations under this Contract are in conflict with the County’s obligations under the Airport Agreement, and upon notice by the County to Contractor, the terms of this Contract shall be deemed conformed to the County’s obligations under the Airport Agreement. Where such conformance would cause a material change in this Contract, Contractor shall have the right, upon written notice to the County within five days of receipt of notice of such a conflict, to terminate this Contract for convenience; in such termination, the Contractor shall have no cause of action for money damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct damages, unamortized costs or debt, stored or ordered materials, indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or otherwise. In the event that the Contractor does not elect to terminate this Contract within the time specified herein, this Contract shall be deemed to have been amended via consent of the parties to conform its terms to the requirements of the Airport Agreement, but only to the extent needed to avoid conflict with same.
WORLD CUP. Each official selected to officiate World Cup (or its equivalent) games will be entitled to the following:

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
