Workweek Conversion. 1. If an employee is reassigned from a 56-hour workweek schedule to a 40-hour workweek schedule, any sick leave balance shall be converted to an equivalent amount for a 40-hour workweek by dividing the number of sick leave hours by a factor of one point four (1.4). 2.
