Common use of WORKWEEK AND BASIC WORKWEEK Clause in Contracts

WORKWEEK AND BASIC WORKWEEK. A workweek is defined as consisting of seven (7) consecutive calendar days, Sunday through Saturday, and except as otherwise provided herein, a basic workweek is defined to consist of five (5) consecutive workdays of eight (8) hours each, Monday through Friday. The regular work hours shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with one (1) hour off for lunch.
