Common use of Workstations Clause in Contracts

Workstations. For persons required to use computers on a regular basis, the Company shall provide workstations that are designed to prevent injury and illness and shall provide adjustable chairs. Where needed, the Company shall also provide track balls, footrests, wrist rests, document holders, devices for height adjustment of computer equipment, and telephone headsets for jobs that require simultaneous computer and telephone use.
