Workstations. The District shall provide clean, sanitized, safe, working spaces in conformance with COVID-19 guidelines and health orders from federal, state, and local public health officers. These guidelines may include, but are not limited to, staff workspaces that provide appropriate social distancing; limits on hallway and bathroom use; cleaning and disinfecting requirements; and the provision of personal protective equipment (“PPE”) for staff and students. In addition, Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) as necessary for any staff working on campus during this period will be provided. Staff can also choose to bring their own PPE to their workstations, so long as the PPE is in compliance with the above guidelines.
Workstations a. As needed, each Middle and High School site safety team that includes a principal, the department chair and a Federation Representative, shall walk through each science and shop classroom at that school site to determine the number of students these classes can safely accommodate.
1.) Educators may also request their rooms be reassessed as needed.
b. The site safety team will report this information on a form provided by the District and the Federation.
c. Enrollment in these classes at each site will not exceed the number of students each classroom can accommodate, as determined by the site safety team.
d. If, throughout the course of each semester, changes in school enrollment occur at a site which require placement of additional students above the cap in these classes, no more than two (2) additional students may be placed in each science class at that site during the semester.
e. The recommendations will be technically derived based on the following;
1) APS Capital Master Plan technical Classroom/Equipment assessment (includes science labs, furniture, equipment, and learning devices).
2) Life-Health and Safety requirements
a. Building code including ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
b. Fire Evacuation requirements, APS School Safety procedural directives including Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate (▇▇▇▇▇).
3) APS Furniture, Informational Technology (IT) device, and other instructional technical equipment standards.
4) Relevant Specific instructional Program/Curricula categories:
a. Category 1: Career Technical Education (CTE)
1.) Sub-category 1, Industrial Arts labs: Includes but not limited to woodwork, metal work, automotive, construction, textile arts, jewelry- making, and sewing.
2.) Sub-category 2, Family and Consumer Science Labs: Includes but not limited to culinary arts/kitchen, warehousing, food retail and preparation, & restaurant services/management.
b. Category 2: Science Labs
1.) Sub-category 1, Non-wet labs: Includes but not limited to physics and electrical sciences.
2.) Sub-category 2. Wet labs: Includes but not limited to chemistry, biology, earth science, and medical/nursing sciences.

Workstations. Upon completion of the LRT Consultant obligations according to Section 2.4 (Obligations Following Signature Date) above, the Company shall provide the LRT Consultant and its Team Members with one (1) office and six (6) open space workstations at the Company's offices (“the Facilities”). the Facilities will be available to the LRT Consultant and its Team Members throughout the Agreement Period.

Customer shall provide Custodian with prompt written notice of all Customer IDs that are no longer active should be deleted and/or should otherwise be changed. Although not obligated to, Custodian reserves the right at its option and without notice to suspend the password on a Customer ID or inactivate and/or delete any Customer ID if it has not successfully logged on to the applicable System in a sixty day period (or other interval determined from time to time by Custodian), if it has shown suspicious activity or if Custodian determines that there is or may be a violation of Custodian’s then current security procedures or standards involving the applicable System or Customer’s access to the same. Custodian reserves the right (but shall not have any obligation) to request that Customer designate in writing those employees or agents of Customer which may authorize establishment of Customer IDs on the applicable System. However, Customer shall be solely responsible for any unauthorized access to the applicable System and Customer’s data therein via the applicable Interface where such access includes but is not limited to theft, unauthorized Customer, employee or agent access, action taken on behalf of Customer or at the request of Customer’s employees or agents (even if not authorized) and/or failure to notify Cu...
