These worksheet documentations can be essential in assessing performance and providing uniform treatment of all employees because they enable the rating supervisor to evaluate the job performance of the employee on the basis of written information compiled between appraisals rather than having to rely on memory. To ensure that all supervisors approach Work Sheet documentation in a consistent and positive manner, the following guidelines and suggestions have been developed and are outlined below. B.
