Common use of Workplaces Definition Clause in Contracts

Workplaces Definition. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Workplaces” shall be defined as the locations where Student Workers regularly perform tasks, jobs, and projects at Grinnell College pursuant to their obligations as employees of Grinnell College. The term “Workplaces” shall be limited to the locations identified in Appendix B at the execution of this Agreement.
