Common use of WORKPLACE CONDUCT Clause in Contracts

WORKPLACE CONDUCT. The Employer and the Union agree that employees, supervisors, and managers will treat each other, regardless of position or profession, with dignity, courtesy, trust, and respect. The foregoing principles shall also apply in providing services to patients and visitors.

Disputes over the interpretation or application of this Section shall not be subject to the arbitration provision contained in the grievance procedure located elsewhere in this Agreement.
