Workmanship Warranties. (a) The Contractor warrants to Viterra that the Works (including any materials and equipment furnished or manufactured in the performance of the Works): i. will strictly conform with the requirements of this Contract and all Laws; ii. will be free from Defects and completed to a reasonable Standard of Finish; iii. will be accurate and in all respects suitable for their intended purpose included in or ascertainable under this Contract and of a high quality (including having regard to the receival, storage and handling of food or food products at the Site);
