Common use of Working Relationship Clause in Contracts

Because the parties hereto have not done business together in the past in the manner described in this agreement, they have not yet attempted to develop efficient and effective procedures related to ordering, delivering ethanol and shipping ethanol and, therefore, agree to work together promptly and in good faith to develop effective and efficient policies and procedures to cover these matters.
