Working method. 1. The parties referred to in Article 2 shall each designate a chairman. If a party submits a question to the Interpretation Committee, the chairman of the other party is in charge of the meeting on this. 2. If the chairman of one party is absent, the chairman of the other party becomes his deputy. 3. The chairman is appointed for the duration of the CLA. 4. The secretariat of the committee consists of one person designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
