Common use of Working abroad Clause in Contracts

If duties hereunder require the Executive to work abroad (other than in connection with ordinary course business travel), the Company agrees to make such arrangements as may be appropriate, given the amount of time abroad, to provide for reasonable housing, transportation or other issues or expenses.
