Workforce Training. Business Associate shall provide Workforce members with appropriate training to comply with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules in accordance with 45 CFR 164.530(b)(1) and 45 CFR 164.308(a)(5) and provide records of such training to the Covered Entity upon request.
