Workforce Development Services. 1. Grantee shall offer 100 percent of participants with Workforce Development Services; and 2. Grantee shall offer a workforce development assessment to 100 percent of participants; and 3. Grantee shall offer 100 percent of participants referrals to workforce development program partnerships specifically designed for RRH participants.
