Workforce Changes. All employees shall be given at least ten (10) calendar days’ notice of pending long-term or seasonal changes to shifts, scheduled days off, transfers and/or reassignments unless such changes are temporary; in the event of uncontrollable or unforeseen emergency reasons for the change; or the changes were mutually agreed upon in advance. No employee shall be rescheduled within the pay period solely for the purpose of avoiding overtime.
