Workflow Manager Clause Samples

The WORKFLOW MANAGER clause establishes the designation and responsibilities of a party or system tasked with overseeing and coordinating the workflow processes within a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the authority of the workflow manager to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and standards. By clearly defining who manages the workflow and how tasks are tracked, this clause helps prevent confusion, streamlines communication, and ensures accountability throughout the execution of the project.
Workflow Manager. The “Workflow Manager” is the web-based workflow component of the ASP Solution. The Workflow Manager is used to (a) ****. Supplier utilizes the Workflow Manager to provide ****. The key benefits are: **** ****CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS.
Workflow Manager. The “Workflow Manager” is a web-based workflow tool for both business and consumer AT&T eCommerce Transactions. This Workflow Manager is used to track fully automated transactions and manage transaction fallout. STI utilizes the Workflow Manager to provide one unified platform for managing all AT&T eCommerce Transactions. The key benefits are: • A unified workflow and platform across all transactions • Provide visibility to online transactions in a single platform bringing together multiple back office systems into a common workflow management tool
Workflow Manager. This software platform is in charge of orchestrating the different automations and data analytics workflows (pipelines) taking place at the edge (buses), fog (primary server) or HPC/Cloud resources..
Workflow Manager. Consists of a production workflow engine, a graphical workflow map editor to customize ChartMaxx application workflows or create entirely new ones, an application integrator to associate applications with specific workflow queues, and an event handler to cause application events, such as patient discharge, to create workflow cases. Chart Navigator. The standard application for searching, retrieving, and viewing patient record data and non-patient data in the ChartMaxx warehouse. Includes integrated document editing, annotation, E-mail, print/FAX, graphing of discrete lab results, and user customizable views. Also has the ability to launch 3rd party applications, such as an encoder, and pass it customizable identifiers to identify the current patient and chart. Chart Editor. An enhanced version of Chart Navigator that allows an administrator to maintain the ChartMaxx patient, chart and/or document indices, including change MRN, merge patients, move documents, and manage "lost & found, the standard database location for all documents with missing or incorrect indices.
Workflow Manager. The Workflow Manager maintains both the service’s installed workflow definitions and executes all currently active workflow instances. Workflow definitions aggregate Workflow Transitions, which describe the conditions under which a state transition can be made and defines the component, component interface, and operation assigned to effect the state transition for the solution.
Workflow Manager. The Workflow Management System (WMS) is responsible for automating the orchestration of task collections upon computational resources. The WMS usually relies upon a Resource Management and Orchestration System (RMOS) which will handle the difficult job of actually executing the tasks on the resources. The specificities of AQMO platform such as the usage of a hybrid distributed computing infrastructure, the need for lightweight and low-power systems software stack for the edge layer computational resources (within buses and drones), the need for stream processing and that of secure network transfers widens the scope of traditional workflow management and orchestration systems. In AQMO, the combined jobs of WMS and RMOS are performed by the proprietary solution Ryax. It is based on Kubernetes orchestrator and resource management. In particular the lightweight K3S distribution for optimal usage on the Edge computing nature of the project. In addition the software defined networking solution of ZerotierOne is used to cover the needs of security, authentication, flexibility and simplicity for the layer of network management. Figure 12 illustrates the internal architecture of the proposed solution.
Workflow Manager. The parties will mutually agree to a service level for the WorkFlow Manager Services after such time that the parties have sufficient experience with the services to accurately set such levels, but in no event any longer than [*]. [*]
Workflow Manager. The parties agree to work in good faith to complete acceptance testing set forth in Section V(b)(i) above within [*] days of the Effective Date.
Workflow Manager. The Mobile Platform includes configurable workflows. These workflows can be tailored to Customer’s desired mobility workflows by group or individual activity types.
