WORK TIMES. To limit unfavorable construction noises and maintain harmony in the community, construction is restricted to Monday through Saturday during the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. Construction crews may not enter Legacy Bay property on Sundays nor on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day for any reason other than an emergency situation requiring immediate attention. The Legacy Bay President or other member of the Board must be made aware of any emergency requiring access during non-permissible hours.

WORK TIMES. Contractors and their sub-contractors shall schedule working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Requests to work on weekends and before or after these hours must be approved by the Owner.
WORK TIMES. All employees shall be scheduled to work on a regular work shift and each shift shall have a regular starting and quitting time. All employees enrolled in state certified training for certification as a Police Officer shall be considered to be working an eighty (80) hour work period consisting of eight (8) hour work days regardless of the actual hours of class/training time.

  • Work Time A. Work time includes time during which an employee:

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Response Times (a) LogRhythm will respond to new support cases whether received via a telephone call or email within (i) four (4) Support Hours after receipt if received during a Business Day or (ii) by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time the following Business Day if received after the end of a Business Day. LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users. Response times for open support cases will vary depending on the specifics of the case and any Escalation required. If a response will require more than one business day to prepare, Customer will be notified and informed when a response can be expected.

  • Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • CONTRACT DATE The date the Contract begins. The Contract Date is shown on page 3.
