WORK TIMES Clause Samples

The WORK TIMES clause defines the specific hours and days during which work under the contract is permitted or required. It typically outlines regular working hours, permissible overtime, and any restrictions on weekend or holiday work, ensuring that all parties are aware of when work activities can take place. This clause helps coordinate schedules, manage expectations, and prevent disputes related to working outside agreed times, thereby promoting smooth project execution and compliance with labor regulations.
