Common use of Work Time Records Clause in Contracts

Work Time Records. Should an employee disagree with his Supervisor as to the accuracy of his work and overtime records, the Union official within his jurisdiction shall have the right, on reasonable notice, to inspect the employee's work and overtime records. Time sheets shall not be altered without the employee's knowledge. Should a time sheet require alteration, the supervisor involved shall initial that a change has been made and advise the employee, before the employee leaves the building if possible. When this is not possible, a copy of the altered initialled time sheet will be forwarded to the employee's current address on record, as soon as operationally possible. Building Room employees shall work on a 12-hour shift basis. Such shifts shall be scheduled in the manner set out in above.
