Work Time Records. (a) Any change to an employee's record of time worked which affects his/her wages shall be accompanied by notification to the employee. Should the employee disagree with the Employer as to the accuracy of his/her work and overtime records, the Union official within his/her jurisdiction shall have the right, on reasonable notice, to inspect the employee's work and overtime records.

When this is not possible, a copy of the altered initialled time sheet will be forwarded to the employee's current address on record, as soon as operationally possible.
