Work Time Records. In determining time worked for pay purposes, time shall be calculated to the nearest fifteen (15) minutes. Time will be rounded up to fifteen (15) minutes if the time actually worked is more than seven and one-half (7 1/2) minutes. Time will be rounded down to the previous fifteen (15) minutes if the time actually worked is seven and one-half (7 1/2) minutes or less.
