Common use of Work Stations Clause in Contracts

Work Stations. 1544 Every effort shall be made to maintain healthful and safe conditions at all work stations. 1545 Unit members shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions or to perform tasks, 1.1 It shall be the responsibility of unit members to report unsafe, hazardous or 1548 unsanitary conditions as soon as possible to their Supervisor.
