Work Specifications. The plans prepared by Owner in accordance with Article 63 hereof are subject to revision based on the rules and regulations of such reviewing agencies as the local board of inspectors, the state labor department, OSHA and related agencies. Any changes in door swings, arrangements of exits and/or passages mandated by such agencies shall be binding on Owner and Tenant as if they had been incorporated into the original plans as attached hereto. In the case of any common foyers or exit passages mandated by such regulations and used by more than one tenant, the size of such areas or passages and the rent therefore shall be apportioned among the parties in relation to the total square footage which they proportionately occupy, and such charges shall be payable as additional rent hereunder. Owner shall have the right to add exits, entrances or passageways whenever necessary to comply with present or future regulation by applicable public authority. Tenant shall pay the cost thereof where the requirement for such addition is due solely to Tenant’s special use of premises.
Work Specifications. 1. The specifications entitled “RFP# LBP-2022-25” (hereinafter “Work Specifications”) is hereby incorporated into this contract and made a part hereof for the purpose of setting forth the work to be performed under this contract.
Work Specifications. The Work must conform to the standards presented herein. Contractor agrees to review and understand all necessary detailed designs, plans, drawings, and specifications and to furnish the services, without additional compensation of any kind, to ensure that all Work is in conformity with the Scope of Work.

Work Specifications. Coordination: Contractor shall designate a CPM to oversee weed management activities under this contract. CPM shall be the primary point of contact for PM for weed management requests. Contractor shall maintain a telephonic communications system such that calls are answered within four business hours, five days a week, 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. CPM shall meet and coordinate with PM throughout the weed season. Prior to start of the weed season (early fall), a pre-season meeting shall be held with CPM at OC Parks Headquarters to discuss the upcoming work plan. CPM shall also meet with PM and Operations Staff at each Park prior to initiation of field work. Refer to Exhibit 3 – Estimate of Annual Work Schedule for approximate pre-season meeting dates. CPM shall coordinate weed control report submittals and oversee invoicing under this Contract. Weed control report submittals include (1) Smartsheet Daily Reports, (2) Calflora Weed Manager, and (3) OC Parks Herbicide Tracking Tool. These reports are described in more detail below in Notifications and Reporting. When CPM is unavailable, a backup contact shall be furnished to PM for submitting weed treatment reports.
Work Specifications a. The Private Entity shall furnish all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to fully and properly perform the Project in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Contract Documents and within the Project Schedule, time being of the essence for this Project.
Work Specifications. A. On each regularly scheduled collection day, Wednesday and Saturday, Texas Pride Disposal will collect residential refuse located curbside. Residential refuse must be either in the Texas Pride Disposal-provided cart, personal containers not to exceed ninety-six (96) gallons or bags not exceeding forty (40) pounds. Tree, shrub, and brush trimmings must be piled neatly curbside in individual piles not exceeding three (3) feet in length by three (3) feet in width by three (3) feet in height, and branches may not exceed six (6) inches in diameter. This excludes any waste generated as a result of a force majeure. As part of normal collection, Texas Pride Disposal does not pick up dirt, rocks, bricks, concrete, or any materials or items deemed hazardous materials or waste generated by a private contractor. Bulky waste (refrigerators and freezers must be drained of Freon and have a xxxx to validate such service was performed) will be picked up either scheduled day and must also be located at the curb. For special collection other than normal amounts of residential refuse, yard trimmings, or bulk items (a “Special Collection”), if notified in advance Texas Pride Disposal will meet with the resident prior to collection day to negotiate a price. If a resident does not notify Texas Pride Disposal of such a Special Collection before their scheduled day, then Texas Pride Disposal will leave a notice for the resident to contact Texas Pride Disposal during normal office hours before their next scheduled pick up day. Payment for any Special Collection is the sole responsibility of the individual resident requesting Special Collection and is not an obligation of the District. If notified in advance, Texas Pride Disposal will arrange for garage door or valet service for residents needing special assistance with collection of residential refuse. Any such requests for garage door or valet service should be made directly by the individual resident requesting the service to Texas Pride Disposal.
