Common use of Work Schedule Posting Clause in Contracts

Work Schedule Posting. ‌ Work schedules shall be posted no less than seven (7) calendar days, prior to the starting date of the schedule, except for unusual circumstances. Such schedules may be changed, from time to time, to suit varying conditions. However, indiscriminate or unnecessary changes shall not be made in such schedules, and changes deemed necessary shall be made known to Employees not less than seven (7) days prior to such change, excluding emergency situations, as defined by the Employer.
