Common use of Work Schedule Posting Clause in Contracts

Work Schedule Posting. Work schedules shall be posted at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of a work period. All scheduling changes will be reflected in the Employer’s electronic scheduling program. When changes in the work schedule are made affecting employees who are scheduled to be off, the Employer will also notify the employee via telephone, email or text message. Employer shall not change the shift of any employee in an arbitrary and capricious manner. Changes in the posted schedule will not be made without the consent of the employee.
