Common use of Work Progress Clause in Contracts

Work Progress. The Parties will keep each other advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Parties may, at any time, request a progress report from other Parties. If, at any time, Interconnection Customer determines that the completion of Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, Interconnection Customer will provide written notice to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner of such later date upon which the completion of Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades will be required.
